Alan tailors his treatments to individual needs, combining diversified manual adjusting techniques, TPT, activator, and Gonstead methods, while emphasizing active participation in rehabilitation. His expertise in biomechanics ensures that every adjustment supports both function and long-term well-being.

Sylvia Singh

CO-OWNER, INTEGRATIVE HEALTH PRACTITIONER

Caring for others, especially children and families, has been my lifelong calling. With a rich background in psychology, counselling, community services, massage therapy, and chiropractic clinic management, I find deep fulfilment in every role I take on. For me, it’s not just about what we do, but how we do it; with empathy, dedication, love and a genuine desire to make a difference in people’s lives.

ABOUT ME:

Originally from France, Sylvia has been living and working in Australia for nearly 20 years. Though she initially trained in Psychology in France, her passion for holistic health led her to study massage therapy and energetic healing, and work in chiropractic clinics after settling in Sydney.

It was in one of these clinics that Sylvia met Alan, and together, they’ve had the incredible opportunity to manage and grow multiple chiropractic practices, a journey they both love and cherish!

As a registered psychologist in France and now a counsellor and a massage therapist in Australia, Sylvia is dedicated to supporting people through life’s challenges, whether through physical health care or mental health support, a mission she remains deeply committed to.

MASSAGE THERAPY:

Sylvia offers remedial massage that can be tailored to your needs; whether you’re seeking muscle and tension release, or open to exploring the deeper mind–body connection. Especially when pain or tension becomes chronic, she believes the body is often sending us a message that something in the way we live, think, or believe may need to shift. Through this lens, she integrates her diverse background of mind (psychology and counselling), body (remedial and Shiatsu-oriented massage), and spirit (energy work and Reiki) to create a truly holistic approach to care.

COUNSELLING & EMOTIONAL SUPPORT:

Alongside massage, Sylvia offers a gentle, holistic approach that supports emotional wellbeing, self-awareness and nervous-system regulation. Sessions blend counselling, mindfulness, grounding work and optional Reiki to create a calming, supportive space for reflection and healing.

Counselling focuses on your thoughts, emotions, relationships and experiences, while Reiki is a complementary energy-based practice that promotes relaxation and balance. Reiki is not a clinical or medical treatment, but many clients find that it helps them feel centred, calm and connected during their therapeutic process.

Each session is tailored to your needs, whether you are navigating stress, parenthood, relationships, life transitions or emotional overwhelm.

Her counselling practice is influenced by her background in psychology, combined with mindfulness and holistic modalities, creating a gentle yet powerful approach to help you:

  • Explore and release patterns that may be holding you back

  • Heal emotional wounds, including inner child work

  • Build healthier relationships with yourself and your family

  • Receive parenting support to navigate challenges with children

  • Move toward becoming the best version of yourself

Some of the practices and approaches she draws upon include:

  • Mindfulness and self-awareness practices: cultivating presence and clarity in daily life

  • Meditation and energy-based approaches: supporting relaxation, balance, and connection with self, including Reiki energy work

  • Inner child healing and exploring hidden patterns: working with past experiences and unacknowledged parts of the self (sometimes called “shadow work”)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): a practical, evidence-based approach to help you live in alignment with your values

These sessions are especially supportive for parents, individuals experiencing depression or anxiety, and those seeking emotional balance, as your own healing can create a ripple effect that benefits your children, family, and overall wellbeing.

Sylvia’s intention is to provide a safe and supportive space for you to grow, heal, and create positive change for yourself and your loved ones. She believes that no matter what you have experienced or where you come from, your past does not have to define your present or your future.
