At Remedy Chiropractic, we are committed to providing high-quality care to all our patients. To ensure we can offer timely and effective treatment, we ask that all patients observe our appointment and cancellation guidelines.

Appointment Scheduling

• Appointments can be booked online here, by phone at 07 5536 4908, or in person at the clinic.

• We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

• Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered late.

Missed Appointments & Late Notice

• Missed appointments or appointments rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a fee equal to the full appointment cost.

• Fees must be settled before any further appointments can be booked.
